In this lesson, we’ll be using SWOT analysis to evaluate your business product or service. A SWOT analysis is a tool that helps you assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of your business. This information can then be used to refine and improve your business product or service.

What is a SWOT analysis?

A SWOT analysis is a strategic planning tool used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats of a business product or service

  • Weaknesses: Limitations or drawbacks of a business product or service
  • Opportunities: External factors that could be leveraged to benefit the business product or service
  • Threats: External factors that could negatively impact the business product or service

AS A TEAM read the SWOT analysis and rank the each of the 4 categories from greatest to least. Print it out and move away from the computer for this part.
